These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EclatMinimal website (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Purpose of the Site
The Site provides information about EclatMinimal and our open remote positions, and allows you to submit an application. The Site is intended for general informational and recruitment purposes only.
2. No fees to apply
Applying for a role with EclatMinimal is free. We will never ask you to pay money, purchase equipment, or provide banking passwords as a condition of applying or being hired. If you receive such a request from someone claiming to represent us, please disregard it and contact us.
3. Not an offer of employment
Information about roles on the Site, and your submission of an application, do not constitute an offer of employment or a guarantee of any role, interview, or outcome. Any employment relationship would be governed by a separate written agreement.
4. Accurate information
You agree that any information you submit through the Site is true, accurate, and your own, and that you are legally entitled to work in Canada. Submitting false or misleading information may result in your application being declined.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems;
- Interfere with the proper working of the Site or introduce malicious code;
- Copy, scrape, or reproduce content from the Site without permission;
- Submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.
6. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and the EclatMinimal name and mark — are owned by or licensed to EclatMinimal and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for its intended purpose but may not otherwise use our content without our written permission.

The Site may contain links to, or embed services from, third parties (for example, our application form provider). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts located in Ontario will have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
