Help keep our online stores running smoothly. You'll handle the everyday operational tasks that make sure orders go out, stock stays accurate, and customers get what they ordered.
Create clear, accurate product listings that help customers buy with confidence. You'll own the quality of how products appear across our stores and marketplaces.
Be the friendly voice customers reach when they need help. You'll answer questions and resolve issues by email and chat, keeping our service clear and genuinely helpful.
Plan and run online campaigns that bring the right customers to our stores. You'll work across content, email and paid channels, and measure what's actually working.
Support our sales team and help online customers find the right product. You'll follow up on enquiries, prepare quotes, and keep things moving from first question to completed order.
