Our story

Simple work, done well, from anywhere

EclatMinimal began with a simple idea: the operational side of e-commerce — listings, orders, customer questions, marketing — is easier to deliver with a focused, distributed team than with a crowded office.

Today we support online retail brands across a handful of marketplaces. Our people work from home in communities all over Canada, connected by clear processes and good communication rather than a shared address.

We're deliberately straightforward. We describe roles honestly, set expectations in writing, and treat the people who work with us the way we'd want to be treated.
